I have been on a self-healing journey for many years. I became a Reiki Healer and am currently a Shaman Apprentice. I have always been fascinated by herbal remedies and started making tinctures and salves. My shelves are full of mason jars with herbal tinctures and oils for aches and pains.

I have never liked the feeling of store-bought soaps on my skin. I always felt as if I could never rinse it all off. Then, I struggled with body washes. Some were so heavily perfumed that I'd get a headache.

One night, while watching YouTube videos, I watched a video on how to make sugar scrubs, then another on Castille soap, then another on cold process soaps. YES, I went down a complete rabbit hole! I remembered the glycerin soap kit my friend Joseph gave me when I was 6, living on 63rd Street in Chicago.

Everything I make is made with love and intention. Every item is infused with Reiki and Shamanic peaceful and loving energy.
